How do you cope with the winter blues?
This is my second year in a "winter" state. I’ve lived in Florida all my life and am used to sunny weather most of the time. These dreary winter days are killing me. What do you do to cope with the winter blues?
sheesh im in texas and its freaking cold here too, i hate it.
but, i cuddle up on the couch with the mutts(the boyfriend and the dog) and watch as many movies untill we fall asleep.

I’ve lived in Boston my whole life, so sh*tty winter weather is something I’ve been dealing with forever. It never fails, mid Feb rolls around and I start to get moody and depressed. It sucks. The best way I’ve found for getting through it is to keep yourself as busy as possible. Take up hobbies, go out as often as you can, see a lot of movies, whatever it takes. Do whatever it takes to get through. Then, before you know it, spring will finally be here.

I feel your pain. I’ve lived in AZ for most of my life and I just recently moved to Nebraska. Its tough. I just try to stay positive. I try to do things, keep busy with work, watch movies, go out, etc. You can also buy those light therapy lamps from Amazon. I don’t know how well they work because I don’t have one. Some say they work, others say that they don’t. Prices range from $35-150.

I’ve lived in one of those damn winter states my whole life and get more and more disgusted with the cold every year! Anyway…here’s a few suggests for you miss sexy sunny….Jump in a hot tub, climb into a tanning bed, crank up the heat and run around the house naked (don’t forget the suntan lotion), Hot toddies, and if you can get it……plenty of hot, steamy sex!
Whew….I feel warmer already!
