I really don’t know how else to describe it. There is a short tune that is played at the end of a ton of different blues songs, typically the whole band joins in and it last for a few seconds.

C D# E# F G# A# B# (B# is the enharmonic of a "C" which in case is the tonic)
Ionian is relative to the tonic
Dorian is relative to step 2
phrygian is relative to step 3
Aeloian is relative to step 4
by relative they have the same number of sharps and flats but conceptually begins on the relative tonic. (Similar to relative minor but begins on the relative tonic,)

There is no "F Blues minor scale"
I am a very active person, however when it’s a gloomy day I tend to not care to do anything. So maybe someone will have a cool suggestion on how to beat the blues.
You may suffer from "Seasonal Affective Disorder".
Best treatment for that is bright light. Some physical movement helps, too. Turn on the lights, put on some good music, and get out your yoga mat or a workout video.
Okay, me and two of my friends really want to go to the Paramore concert in Orlando in October, but we don’t know how fast the tickets will sell out. I know the House of Blues isn’t that big, and the Paramore fan club has already been buying tickets for the past week, so I don’t know how many are left. I’m a teen girl and I am redoing my room. My room is 16 feet 10 inches long and 12 feet wide. I want it to be girly but not pink or white. I can paint the walls and get new furniture. I like blues and greens and I might get a metal bed. The problem is that I have no idea how to go about redecorating. hmm not sure. i don’t live in the US so i don’t know much about concert there and that. here in the UK i went to see a band who swore a lot etc and the age to get in was 14. im pretty sure you’ll be able get in her concert if your 15, cause her songs are kinda centered around that age anyway.

sheesh im in texas and its freaking cold here too, i hate it.
but, i cuddle up on the couch with the mutts(the boyfriend and the dog) and watch as many movies untill we fall asleep.
