I have music recorded in old fashioned cassette tapes. I would like to transfer all this music into CDs, Is there anything in the market that would perform this task?
You need the right software, like Sony EZ Audio Transfer & Restoration Kit. It comes with the software, plus a cable to hook up your tape player to your computer. I’ve used it lots of times. It’s really easy.

When you burn music onto a CD-R, the songs are still in mp3 format. How do you burn the music so that the CD doesn’t become a mp3 CD but rather, in a format like a regular CD you can buy in stores? I hope this question isn’t too confusing.
burn it with nero!
in nero window u will have options in "burn cd" section and it will look something like this: burn an mp3 cd and burn an audio cd.
if u dont have mp3 capable cd player, then go with the second option!
I’m away at school and we use a wifi network where I can pick up other peoples music off of iTunes. I was wondering if there was a way for me to burn that music onto cds? I would really appreciate any help since I already bought the cds! Thanks.
Get kazaa and you can download the files instead of sharing them. Then put them on a disc
.
I’ve been making music CDs using cheap CD-Rs and haven’t noticed any problem. However, I notice that stores sell CD-Rs labelled as for music recording. Is there any difference other than price?
Well, it depends. If you want to spend extra money for just a teeny bit more sound quality, go with the Music CD-R. However, unless you have top notch speakers, you won’t hear any difference. The generic CD-Rs work almost as well and are much cheaper. So you should consider going with the generic CD-R unless you have a top-of-the-line stereo set.
I have been using TDK 52X CDR, but many of my clients are now giving me feedback that the music sounds "scratchy" on their players. Since I will always be distributing these CDs to many listeners with many different playback devices I would like to know which brands i should be looking at.
May be you should try LG in general because these things are amazing and this is from a personal experience as i used them in my Internet Cafe before.
Want to use portable cd player in car- know nothing about mp3, but understand that you can get a lot more music onto one cd with it. Thanks
