How can I transfer music from my itunes on a windows to iTunes on my new macbook?

I have an old dell and i just got a new mac book. All of my music is on the itunes on my dell. I now want to move it to my macbook but i have 225 songs and I didn’t buy them all from iTunes so the ones I’ve purchased from walmart music downloads and amazon are all in one folder. So how do i transfer them to my macbook?

theres 3 things I’m thinking of, really: First, if you have an iPod and all the songs are on the iPod, install the iPod software onto the macbook and transfer the songs as copies. Secondly (if you don’t have an iPod), if all your music (even the walmart stuff) is in the iTunes created "downloads" folder, you might be able to simply log onto iTunes on your macbook and have them there in the folder (at least it works for me, its how I listen to music at work without having to bring anything). Or third, you may simply just have to transfer all of them by a simple flash drive. It may take longer, but it gets the job done (and its not like one song fits on jump drives anymore). Good luck! (:

I recommend a powerful tool that I always used for mac–Wondershare Video Converter for Mac. With graphical interface, fast converting speed, and excellent video quality, it can support almost all video formats .Many devices are supported, itunes ,ipod and so on.I frequently use it for my itunes.
Convert their formats for mac ,and you will transfer them to your mac.
You can get it from this site:
