I am in charge of music for the wedding reception and well, I have no idea on what to play. They will have a band, but this is for in between, when they need breaks. Good dance music would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here are a fee good dance songs that you could play:
Fast Songs:
Loveshack – B52’s
Celebration – Kool & The Gang
Stayin’ Alive – Bee Gees
Vogue – Madonna
Don’t Stop the Music – Rihanna
Sweet Home Alabama – Lynyrd Skynyrd
Mony Mony – Billy Idol
Ain’t Going Down (Til’ The Sun Comes Up) – Garth Brooks
Old Time Rock N Roll – Bob Seger
Thriller – Michael Jackson
Johnny B Goode – Chuck Berry
Electric Boogie (Electric Slide) – Marcia Griffiths

Slow Songs:
Back At One – Brian Mcknight
Blue Moon – Elvis
Crazy – Patsy Cline
Could Not Ask For More – Edwin McCain
Take My Breath Away – Berlin
Power of Love – Celine Dion
You’re Still The One – Shania Twain
All My Life – KC & Jo Jo
Unchained Melody – Righteous Brothers
It’s Your Love – Tim McGraw & Faith Hill
At Last – Etta James

Hope that this helps! Good luck!

In between the band, you should totally play some Rat Pack stuff. Get some Frankie, Dean and Sammy goin’. The band will probably play more modern, upbeat dancing stuff, and people can still dance to Frank Sinatra, but it’s more relaxing and classy. Very good in between music.
